Headers, Manifolds
and Brazed Assemblies

Headers,
manifolds and brazed assemblies can be produced in a wide
range of tube sizes ranging from 1/4" (0.250) OD to 3-1/8”
(3.125) OD. Tube ends can be spun closed on tubes 1/4"
(0.250) OD to 1-5/8” (1.625) OD. Holes on these parts
can be punched or drilled and the tube collars can be extruded
or intruded. Assemblies can also include brazed fittings or
flared fittings based on our customer’s unique requirements.
Most brazed assemblies and headers are made out of copper
but manifolds can also be made out of aluminum, stainless
steel, copper-nickel, steel, nickel and brass.
